Layered Enchilada Pie with Flour Tortillas

Layered Enchilada Pie
(very easy and very yummy)


1 lb ground beef
1 med chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup water
1 Tbsp Chili powder
1 4 1/2 oz can chopped olives
1 8 oz tomato sauce
6 flour tortillas - lightly buttered
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Saute beef, onion, garlic in butter - add seasoning, olives, and tomato sauce. Butter tortilla, meat, cheese and three more layers... Last tortilla cover with cheese. Pour water along the edges into bottom of casserole - cover. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

The kids will love it!

minus the olives, this sounds delish!! i know my girls would love it. and it sounds easy! i like easy!!
