Stuffed Bell Peppers

This is a easy and very tasty recipe - enjoy

Stuffed Bell Peppers

Preheat oven 400 degrees


8 Bell Peppers
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 lb sharp cheddar
1 cup onion chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
2 cans condensed tomato soup
(1 cup chopped tomatoes optional)

Brown mean and onions: add seasons and soup. Simmer 10 minutes. Shred cheese; add and cook only until cheese melts. Add rice and cool. Stuff peppers that have been parboiled 3 minutes. Place in pan and cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes.....

I love 1 dish meals...

I make a vegetarian version, but I think my carnivore husband would like yours better!! ;)
