Looking For Appetizers

I have never been one for a big sit down meal.. I like a variety - buffets have my name on it... Not to get a bunch of food at once but to get a bite of different foods. My husband and I entertain every so often and one of my favorite things to do is have game night - everyone brings their favorite appetizer to share and their favorite beverage.... and then the battle of the sexes begin.....

This last party I was stumped for ideas.... I ended up taking a friend's suggestion and I went to a Vietnamese food place and ordered their egg rolls.. Not only did the rolls stink up my car and house for a week - several of the party goers had to take more than one - two - three trips to the bathroom - Stinks ville I tell you Stinks ville... Never ever again... TMI? Other than the gastro egg rolls - there was the usual meatballs, chips and dip, deviled eggs, mini cheese burgers, mini cheese cakes, and assortment of meats and cheeses....

I need some ideas... some recipes... I am asking you - My bloggers - my pals.... to get me out of this appetizer rut and give some good ideas... I will thank you - my guests will thank you.... and my dog will thank you......

One of my favorite places to shop is Amazon.com - ask my relatives - a gift card for Amazon.com is a standard Christmas present - Amazon offers tons of different things. Did you know that you can partner with Amazon? You can sell different items on your site - and Amazon handles the transaction - everything. You make a percentage of the sales. I love shopping for used books... but there are tons of other things from music - electronics - clothes - books... Did you know that you can write about a product on your site and make money? I have written a few reviews for blogsvertise and they pay you - again not a ton of money but hey - it's something and it's fun..

Did you know that I have two (2) other blogs I write? Come visit Amazing Salvation and I've Become My Mother. Writing has always been a passion of mine and blogging has been a great friend to me... In addition to writing - I read some incredibly gifted posts... I have lost count of the writers I follow... There are several women that inspire me to be a better person... a better mother.. better wife.. and better follower of Christ.. Own Your Blog Name

One of the things I did when I first started blogging was create three different names I liked and bought the Internet address from www.GoDaddy.com and I am happy I did. For many reasons - the main reason is I get much more traffic to my blogs and the second reason is that when I tell friends and family about my blogs I only have to say the titles and not the "blog spot" part - it's easier to remember and understand.

When I tell others about my blogs I say come look me up on Kelly's Ideas or you can find me on Amazing Salvation and last but not least look for me on I've Become My Mother. You may ask why three blogs... and the answer is simple. I have a lot to say on lots of things..... and I like it!

www.GoDaddy.com makes it very easy to own your name for a very low price. I paid $10.19 including tax to own my titles and I have Go Daddy feed to my blog spot...

As many of you know I own a mortgage loan processing business. I tried creating my own web page and it turned out pretty bad. I did not have the knowledge to make it look professional and to get traffic to my site.. I went to www.GoDaddy.com and was able to work with a design team to create what I want and they host it. I bought my name for the site The Contract Processors for $10.19 and paid less than $600 to create and service my site. The great thing is I am getting traffic and I am getting qualified leads and clients...
